CORE Registration & Program Information
- Fall 2024 Season: Games are played on Sundays from September 8th through November 3rd, 2024. No games on October 20, 2024.
- Spring 2025 Season: Games are played on Sundays from April 6th through June 8th, 2025. No games on April 13th & 20th, 2025

Registration Dates:

The pre-season registration deadline is our date to set team rosters and schedules. Registering after the pre-season registration deadline will mean that your player will be wait-listed and may not be rostered prior to the first games of the season.
Registration Fees:
Core Registration Fee (Spring or Fall): $115.00
National Player Fee*: $25.00
Transaction Fee **: $2.75
Early Bird Discount: ($25.00)
Multi-sibling discount: ($10.00) per additional player after the first player
14U Boys & Girls Fee (includes Spring and Fall): $175

*Note that the National Player Fee is collected and paid directly to AYSO National to cover Player Accident Insurance and National staff overhead. This fee is only applied once per Membership Year.
**The Transaction Fee is collected and paid directly to Sports Connect, our registration system. Skokie AYSO does not collect or receive either of these fees. This fee is applied for every transaction on the website.
Practice Dates, Times, & Locations:
Practices dates and times are determined by the availability of our volunteer coaches. Coaches will be assigned two weeks before the season starts and will reach out to the team to communicate dates, times, and locations for practices. All divisions will have once weekly practices except for 6U and younger programs. 6U and younger programs will play only on Sundays.
Refund Policy:
Dropping after the rosters have been finalized impacts us in two ways: one, it potentially leaves a team or pod short of players, and two it potentially denies a spot to someone who wanted to play. Also by one month before the start of the season, our per-player variable costs are sunk and cannot be recovered. As such, there will be no refunds after the 15th of the month just prior to the start of the season. So for example, as our Fall season starts in September, there will be no refunds after August 15th.
* The National Player Fee is paid directly to AYSO National and is not refundable, except in cases of AYSO initiated cancellations such as a non-viable age group.
* The Transaction Fee is paid directly to Sports Connect and is not refundable.
* Refunds generally cannot be issued to a credit card. In some rare cases, credit card refunds are possible and will be the first choice. If we cannot issue a credit card refund, a check will be manually cut and mailed to your address of record when you registered.
* While we will do our best to reschedule any games that are cancelled due to weather, we are given limited time use of the fields and make up games may not be possible. There are no refunds or credits for games cancelled due to weather.
* There are no refunds or credits for games or practices moved to different fields, religious holidays, or volunteer coach unavailability.
